GET /me/hub — devolve o payload consolidado (com cache 30s).

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
GET /me/hub — devolve o payload consolidado (com cache 30s).
Motivo: uma única chamada abastece a home. Entradas: user JWT; query ?fresh=true bypassa cache. Saída: HubPayload. Efeitos: cache hit → só leitura de mapa; miss → ~8 SELECTs via buildPayload + escrita no cache.
