GET /me/hub/finances — widget financeiro (contas a pagar).

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
GET /me/hub/finances — widget financeiro (contas a pagar). Motivo: revalidate rápido. Efeitos: SELECT via svc.finances.
