PUT /me/hub/layout
PUT /me/hub/layout — sobrescreve widgets do usuário e invalida cache.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
PUT /me/hub/layout — sobrescreve widgets do usuário e invalida cache.
Motivo: usuário reordenou/toggled widgets. Entradas: {widgets:[]}, user JWT.
Retorno: eco do widgets salvos ou 400/500. Efeitos: validateWidgets guard; upsert em user_hub_layout; invalidação do cache in-memory desse user.
