Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Aplica PATCH parcial nas prefs cross-surface. Campos nil no body preservam o valor atual; digest_frequency é validado (off|daily|weekly).
Entradas: userID do JWT; body upsertInput.
Retorno: 200 com NotifPrefs final; 400 body inválido ou digest inválido; 401 sem auth; 500 em erro de DB.
