Lê o cookie HttpOnly axuz_mfa_pending (posto pelo callback OAuth), valida o desafio e devolve o mesmo corpo do /auth/login (MFAChallengeBody). Cookie ausente/adulterado/expirado ⇒ 404.
loginMFAPending devolve o desafio aberto pelo login social.
Retorno: 200 desafio; 404 {"error":"no_pending_mfa"}; 500.
