loginEmailOTPVerify conclui o login com o código de e-mail.
Retorno: 200 {id,email,name}+cookies; 400; 401 challenge_invalid | otp_invalid (sem código ativo: expirado, reusado, esgotado, nunca pedido) | invalid_code{attempts_remaining}; 429; 500.
