POST /auth/reauth/email-otp/send
Mesmo envio/limites do login (dispatchEmailOTP), com purpose=reauth e sem desafio.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Mesmo envio/limites do login (dispatchEmailOTP), com purpose=reauth e sem desafio.
reauthEmailOTPSend envia o código de e-mail para re-autenticação.
Retorno: 202 {sent, expires_in, resend_after}; 429; 503; 500.
