POST /auth/resend-verification

Reemite o e-mail de verificação, sempre respondendo 200 opaco pra bloquear enumeração de contas e email-bombing.

Motivo: quando o e-mail original é perdido (spam folder, timeout 24 h), o user precisa reemitir. Ao mesmo tempo, é vetor fácil de abuso (email-bomb via re-envio automatizado). Solução: resposta sempre 200 opaca + múltiplos limites camadas (per-IP, per-email 1/min + 5/24h). Comportamento: (1) decoda body {email, captcha_token, turnstile_token}; 400 body inválido; (2) normaliza email; (3) rate-limit resend-verify:<ip> 3/hora — bucket estourado responde 200 opaco (não vaza); (4) se email válido, aplica bucket resend-verify:email:1m:<email> (1/min burst) e resend-verify:email:24h:<email> (5/24h cap total) — estourado = 200 opaco; (5) Turnstile + reCAPTCHA verificação com resultado ignorado (pacing/logging, não gate); (6) email inválido → 200 opaco; (7) FindUserByEmail — ausente → 200 opaco (no user enumeration); (8) parse UUID; se falha → 200 opaco; (9) se já verificado → 200 opaco (não reemite pra e-mail já ativo, poupa custo e evita phishing); (10) InvalidateEmailVerifications + issueAndSendVerification — falhas não mudam a resposta, mas vão pro log (auth.verification.invalidate_failed / resend_failed); (11) 200 {ok:true}.

Entradas: body JSON {email, captcha_token, turnstile_token}; IP.

Retorno: sempre 200 {ok:true} — resposta constante evita canal lateral de enumeração.
