Remove calendar pessoal.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Responde DELETE /me/calendar/calendars/{id} (personal-only).
Motivo/Comportamento: idem deleteCalendar mas com teamID=uuid.Nil. ErrNotFound → 404; 204 em sucesso.
Entradas: JWT + id. Saídas: 204 ou erro. Efeitos: DELETE em calendars.
