DELETE /me/calendar/events/{id}/attendees/{key}
Remove attendee (só creator do event).

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Responde DELETE /me/calendar/events/{id}/attendees/{key}.
Motivo/Comportamento: idem removeAttendee; só creator remove.
Entradas: JWT + id + path key. Saídas: 204 ou erro.
