POST /me/calendar/events/{id}/rsvp
Atualiza o próprio PARTSTAT (RSVP self).

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Responde POST /me/calendar/events/{id}/rsvp.
Motivo/Comportamento: idem rsvpSelf team-scoped mas personal.
Entradas: JWT + id + JSON rsvpSelfInput.
Retorno: JSON {event_id, rsvp} 200.
