Publica endpoints, algoritmos e capacidades REAIS do IdP (sem implicit, sem password, só S256, só EdDSA). jwks_uri é o endpoint que já existe. Resposta pública e cacheável 5 min.

Discovery implementa GET /.well-known/openid-configuration.
