Lista os assignees externos ativos da task

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Lista os externos ativos. Saídas: 200 {items}; 400 id; 401; 404 task inexistente/de outro tenant/fora do alcance; 500. Efeito: 2 SELECT do gate + 1 SELECT. Fluxo: detalhe da task na UI.
