Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Fase 128 — HEAD contra storage bloqueia complete de PUT falho. Size mismatch (declarado vs uploadado) rejeita 400. Se FILE_SCAN_ENABLED=true, enfileira file_scan no Redis Stream axuz:jobs; senão status vira uploaded. Fase 112 gera thumb síncrona pra image/*.
