POST /teams/{teamId}/payables/bills

Responde POST /payables/bills.

Accepted authentication

  • sessionCookie — Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.
  • bearerSession — JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.

Responde POST /payables/bills. Persiste bill + lines atomicamente, aplica workflow de aprovação (Fase 64) e opcional hook de cálculo automático de imposto (Fase 105).

Motivo: handler thin — validação de input + delegação em transação pra manter tenant + audit + broadcast atômicos.

Entradas: teamId path, userID JWT, body billIn.

Retorno: 201 Bill — 400 vendor/date/uuid inválidos, 401 sem user — 500 DB. Efeito: 1 tx com INSERT bills + N INSERT bill_lines; 1 audit event bill.created; 1 Redis pub bill.created via emit(); opcional 1 INSERT em tax_calculations quando compute_tax=true.
