POST /teams/{teamId}/flowcharts/{id}/presence
Publica presença (cursor + viewport) do editor autenticado.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.

Mesma mecânica do shared, mas resolve por (team_id, flowchart_id) já validado pela middleware authed.
