Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.

Motivo: modal detalhe no forms_client mostra o body cru + UTM/IP/UA.
Comportamento: teamAndUser + parseFormID + parseSubmissionID → repo.GetSubmission. 404 se não encontrado (defesa em camada: scope enforce team+form já filtra hijack cross-tenant).
Entradas: path {teamId}, {formId}, {submissionId}.
Retorno: 200 Submission, 400/401/404/500.
