DELETE /teams/{teamId}/installations/{id}
Responde DELETE /v1/teams/{teamId}/installations/ {id} — soft-uninstall + revoga tokens da app naquele team.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Responde DELETE /v1/teams/{teamId}/installations/ {id} — soft-uninstall + revoga tokens da app naquele team. Motivo: admin cortar acesso. Efeito: UPDATE oauth_app_installations SET uninstalled_at + UPDATE oauth_tokens SET revoked_at; audit oauth_app.uninstalled. Falha do revoke não erra a resposta (uninstall é mais importante). Fluxo: DELETE /v1/teams/:teamId/installations/:id.
