Catalogo publico dos escopos de token de integracao (so leitura de metadados, sem segredo). Onde: RegisterPublic; a UI da central usa para montar o seletor de escopos. Efeitos: so CPU.

listIntegrationScopes responde GET /v1/integration-scopes.
