POST /teams/:id/github/connections/:cid/sync — puxa issues+PRs recentes via REST e cacheia em `github_events`.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
POST /teams/:id/github/connections/:cid/sync — puxa issues+PRs recentes via REST e cacheia em github_events.
Motivo: usuário quer atualização on-demand (webhook pode não estar configurado ainda). Gate (W-012 S-2): owner/admin do team ou da company dona (requireConnAdmin) ANTES de ler a conexão — usa o PAT do team.
Entradas: teamId, connectionId URL, user JWT. Saída: {ok:true, count:N} ou 401/403/404/500/502. Efeitos: SELECT github_connections (secrets); 2 GETs GitHub REST (issues + pulls) com timeout 30s; N INSERTs em github_events (dedup por deliveryID vazio na sync manual = sem dedup); UPDATE last_synced_at; Publish em axuz:realtime; log de auditoria.
