DELETE /rooms/{id}
Encerra (hard delete) a sala.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Cascata em meet_participants (FK ON DELETE CASCADE). Invalida futuro mintToken. Só o criador pode (403 para quem vê a sala; 404 para quem não tem acesso, idêntico ao inexistente — W-012).
