Lista salas criadas pelo caller (+ opcional team).

sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
WHERE created_by = <caller> sempre. Se ?team_id=<uuid>, também OR team_id = ?. ORDER BY created_at DESC, LIMIT 200. View "minhas salas" — não é search global, não passa por canAccess.
