Lista subscriptions WhatsApp do próprio usuário.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Devolve as subscriptions WhatsApp do user logado.
Motivo: UI de settings mostra números opt-in; nunca vazar verification_code. Comportamento: exige userID; SELECT campos seguros escopado, order ASC por created_at.
Entradas: nenhuma.
Retorno: JSON {"items": [WhatsAppSubscription,...]}.
