PATCH /me/notes/bulk
Executa uma ação em massa sobre notas do caller.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
Executa uma ação em massa sobre notas do caller.
Motivo: multi-select do drawer/lista; evita N roundtrips.
Entradas: userID do JWT; body {ids:[uuid], action:"pin"|"unpin"|"delete"|"restore"} (1..100 IDs).
Retorno: 200 com {updated:N, errors:[]}; 400 ids vazio/inválido, action ausente/ desconhecida ou len>100; 401 sem auth; 500 erro DB.
