Accepted authentication

No authentication (public route, or protected by link/signature).

— GET /v1/oauth/apps/by-client-id/{clientId}. Resolve o app pelo client_id e devolve o MarketplaceApp shape.

Por que existe: quando o backend redireciona o user pra ${AuthClientURL}/oauth/consent-legacy?client_id=..., a UI precisa resolver o app pra renderizar nome/ícone/scopes. Apps publicadas poderiam usar GET /v1/marketplace/apps/{slug}, mas (a) não temos slug aqui, só client_id, e (b) apps internas (is_published=false) também passam pelo flow de consent — então a UI precisa enxergá-las.

O shape devolvido é DELIBERADAMENTE o subset MarketplaceApp (sem client_secret, sem owner_user_id), pra não vazar dados de owner num endpoint público.
