Registra a abertura do board (upsert do timestamp; sem corpo)

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Upsert do timestamp (a 11ª abertura descarta a mais antiga).
touchRecentBoardHandler — POST /me/recent-boards/{boardId}. 204; 404 board invisível.
