DELETE /me/tasks/trash/bulk
Apaga DEFINITIVAMENTE tasks do caller já na lixeira.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
Apaga DEFINITIVAMENTE tasks do caller já na lixeira.
Motivo: libera espaço quando o user esvazia a lixeira; filtro forte deleted_at IS NOT NULL protege contra apagar tasks vivas por engano.
Entradas: userID do JWT; body {ids:[uuid]} (1..200 IDs).
Retorno: 200 com {deleted:N}; 400 body inválido, len>200 ou id malformado; 401 sem auth; 500 erro DB.
