GET /me/time/totals
Agrega tempo por task no período (today|week|month).

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
Agrega tempo por task no período (today|week|month). Só considera entries fechadas — a entry rodando é somada no cliente pra preservar idempotência do GET.
Entradas: userID (JWT); query period (today|week|month, default today).
Retorno: 200 {period, from, items:[], total_duration_seconds}; 400 period inválido; 401 sem auth. Livro indisponível => 200 com itens [] e time_degraded:true.
