POST /me/time/manual
Cria uma entry retroativa fechada (mode=manual) com validação de janela (started_at < ended_at, ≤ 24h).

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.personalToken— Token pessoal (`axp_...`) criado em `POST /me/api-tokens`; escopo do próprio usuário.
Entradas: JSON {task_kind, task_id, started_at, ended_at, note?} + userID (JWT).
Retorno: 201 com TimeEntry; 400 body/kind/id inválido, timestamps ausentes ou inconsistentes, janela > 24h; 401 sem auth; 404 tarefa de time fora dos times do usuário; 503 livro indisponível.
