POST /teams/{teamId}/admin/members/bulk/change-role
Aplica o mesmo `role` a até `bulkMaxItems` usuários do team.

Accepted authentication
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Aplica o mesmo role a até bulkMaxItems usuários do team. Preserva as regras do singular: self-target rejeitado, último owner protegido, role tem que estar seeded. Cada item roda em sua própria transação (falha isolada). Emite um audit por item OK.
