sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Responde POST .../webhooks/{webhookId}/rotate-secret: gera segredo novo (mostrado 1x), sobe secret_version; o antigo para de valer na hora. Efeitos: 1 UPDATE + audit. Onde: Register.
