Autenticação aceita
sessionCookie— Sessão plena Axuz (cookie de sessão da casa). Sessão restrita é 403 enrollment_required.bearerSession— JWT de acesso da sessão em `Authorization: Bearer`.
Handles PATCH /files/{fileId} — rename and/or move. Same omit-vs-explicit semantics as updateFolder. Validates that the target folder, when set, exists in the same team.
W-012 S-1: só o uploader ou owner/admin (403 sem efeito para o resto).
