GET /teams/{teamId}/admin/audit

Is paginated and filterable. Supported query params:

action — exact match on audit_events.action (e.g. "task.created") actor — UUID of the acting user (alias: actor_id) entity — exact match on audit_events.entity_type (e.g. "task", "user") from — lower bound on created_at. Accepts RFC3339 or YYYY-MM-DD. to — upper bound on created_at. Same formats as from. limit — 1..200 (default 100) cursor — keyset cursor (opaque) returned by a previous response as next_cursor. Preferred over offset for stable paging. offset — legacy offset paging; still honoured when no cursor is set.

Fase 75 rewrites the filter-building logic — the previous version juggled args slice slots by hand and got the placeholder indices wrong as soon as more than one filter was active. Everything is rebuilt from scratch here and the cursor was added so the UI can page without the "skipped rows on refresh" that pure offset suffers from when new events arrive.
